Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions.

After a minute add ginger-garlic paste.

Allow the onion to cool down once it is brown.

In a large bowl add minced rajma.

Add cloves powder, cumin seeds powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, red chilli powder, cashewnut powder, amchur powder, finely chopped green chillies, roasted gram flour, coriander leaves, salt and the onion mixture.

In the end squeeze lime juice over the top.

Mix these ingredients well.

Make a small portion of the mixture and make a flat round.

Heat oil in order to roast kebabs.

Cook them on slow flame.

Flip them once they are golden brown. Add oil and spread them after flipping.

Drain on absorbent paper.

Take curd in a bowl. Add onion tomato salt and red chilli powder and mix well.

Garnish kebabs with a fresh mint leaves and curd mixture.

Nawabshahi kebabs are ready to serve.
