Add All the onions. Keep stirring to ensure there well cooked

Add the tomatoes and carrots. Keep stirring to avoid it sticking.

Add salt and any other seasoning

Reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes for all flavors to blend in

Serve with ugali, bread or chapati. Enjoy
