Ingredients

  • Carrot
  • Green beans
  • Green peas
  • Onion
  • Bell pepper
  • Pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Cooking oil
  • Seasoning
  • Curry thyme
  • Garlic
  • Meat
  • Meat stock

Steps

10-15mins
  1. 1

    Add the washed meat to a pot. Add seasoning, curry and garlic. Set to boil till tender

  2. 2

    In another pot or frying pan or skillet. Add cooking oil. Allow to get hot an add already chopped carrot, peas and green beans. Leave to fry under low heat for like five mins

  3. 3

    Add the bell pepper, onion, pepper and other seasoning and allow to fry for another three mins

  4. 4

    Add the messy stock together with the boiled meat and turn

  5. 5

    Leave to steam under low heat for another 2 to 3 mins. Before turning off the stove. Be careful not to overcook your veggies.

  6. 6

    Serve with boiled white rice, spaghetti, macaroni or yam. You can also eat like that...
