Mix flour, onion and boiled pumpkin

Make the dough with some warm, salted water(I use the water drained from the boiled pumpkin). Make the dough into a smooth soft dough by kneading thoroughly.

Pin out the dough and apply some cooking oil.

Cut the pinned out dough into long slices, fold length wise and wind the slices into a ball. Let the dough set for about 30mins while covered.

Roll out the chapatis

Cook in a frying pan!

Serve with your favourite accompaniment.
