Iron, protein rich hot savoury for nutritious breakfast or high tea..for winter as bajri (black pearl millet) is mostly consumed in winter and methi( fenugreek leaves) is winter vegetable.
Steps

In mixing bowl add both flour, chopped fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder, green chillies ginger paste,red chilli powder,dhania - jeera powder, sesame seeds,curd,salt,oil,curd.

Mix and bind into soft dough...if needed add little. Immediately use it to make puris.

Keep oil for frying on medium flame. Place a wet thin cloth(half part of it) on wooden block. Take a small portion of prepared dough..make round ball place on wet cloth.. similarly make few more balls (as shown.)

Cover with other half part of wet cloth.

Pat lightly and flatten each placed balls with your finger..to make 1" round puris.

Drop these flatten puris in hot oil one by one.

Deep fry till crispy and golden brown in colour.

Serve/ Relish hot nutritious Bajri-Methi Puri with chunda (sweet-sour mango pickle) or with green coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
