Ingredients

  • 1 kggrated carrot
  • 1 kgcreamy milk
  • 2 table spoonoil or ghee
  • 250 gmsugar(can change quantity acc. to taste)
  • As much you like Dry fruit, elaichi powder for garnish and taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Add grated carrot and milk in a pan or kadahi.let it boil untill it become thick or liquid is over

  2. 2

    Add ghee and sugar and stirr it till it release oil.

  3. 3

    Add elaichi powder and chopped dryfruit. Mix it well and serve hot
