Steps

Peel potatoes and cut them in cubes. Keep aside. Peel peas and keep aside. Crush onion, ginger, green chillies and garlic in a mixer. Crush tomatoes separately.

Now take a pressure cooker. Heat. Add oil. Add onion paste. Saute. Cook till onions are golden brown. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Saute. Add crushed tomatoes. Cook till oil oozes out. Add Aloo and Matar. Saute. Add Kasoori methi and Garam masala. Add water according to consistency you require.

Close the lid. Pressure cook for 3 whistle. Cool. Open. Garnish with coriander leaves.
