Soak Some Dal over night.stain the water from it. Now make smooth paste along with enough salt and little water.

Now in a thick bottom kadhai add oil for deep fry.

In another bowl beat the curd add little salt,sugar and little water to make creamy consistency.

Now in the kadahi make small bhallas and deep-fry them add in to the curd and let it soak for one hour. Now plate them and garnish.
