Ingredients

  • 1 kgCocoyam
  • Full bunch Vegetable
  • Salt
  • 8 piecesdry prawns
  • 1/2 cupCrayfish
  • 1cksp blended Pepper
  • 2Knorr cubes
  • 2cksp Palmoil
  • 1Onion
  • 2tlbsp Fresh Pepper(blended)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the cocoyam rinse and pour in a pot,put in stock cubes,pepper,crayfish,salt,palmoil,onion and water.Boil for 15minutes.

  2. 2

    Rinse the dry prawns and pour in then stir and boil for another 15minutes.

  3. 3

    Rinse and cut the vegetable(ugu) pour in and stir and simmer for 2minutes.stir and cocoyam porriage is ready.
