Peel the cocoyam rinse and pour in a pot,put in stock cubes,pepper,crayfish,salt,palmoil,onion and water.Boil for 15minutes.

Rinse the dry prawns and pour in then stir and boil for another 15minutes.

Rinse and cut the vegetable(ugu) pour in and stir and simmer for 2minutes.stir and cocoyam porriage is ready.
