Goma-ae is a traditional Japanese side dish that can be made with all sorts of vegetables. A perfect quick addition to your meal.

Blanch the green beans in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Briefly dip in cold water. Cut the edges, then in half.

Mix the sesame sauce ingredients well in a bowl. If you don't have ground toasted sesame, toast the sesame in a pan on mid heat until golden then grind in a food processor.

Add and mix the green beans with the sesame sauce. Sprinkle with toasted sesame.
