Ingredients

  1. 1/2 bowlMoth beans/ Mataki sprouted
  2. 1/2 bowlMung sprouted
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste(optional)
  5. 2 tspolive oil
  6. 2kokum or Aamchur powder
  7. 1 tbschopped coriander
  8. 1 tspcumin powder
  9. 1 tspmustard seed
  10. 3-4curry leaves
  11. 1/2 tspasetafodia
  12. 1 tspred pepper powder
  13. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  14. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Washed sprouts and keep aSide

  2. 2

    Give tadka with seeds, add ginger garlic paste, roast well, add tomato

  3. 3

    Add all spices and sprouts. Cover with lid by adding little water.
