Fresh lemongrass flavoured hot milk is healthy beverage for winter morning. It is spiced up with other condiments and other herbs making it more tasty , also benefits for cold during winter season.
Steps

Wash lemongrass leaves(bundle it), tulsi,mint leaves. Crush cardamoms,black peppercorns, chopped fresh ginger.

In vessel,add water and sugar,boil it. Add milk, lemongrass bundle,tulsi,mint leaves, cardamoms, peppercorns,cloves,ginger pieces(or dry ginger powder).

Bring to boil,on medium flame. Off the flame.

Strain lemongrass flavoured milk in milk mug.

Serve/ relish Lemongrass flavoured milk with methi khakhras/ bajra rotla/ toast bread slices to make healthy breakfast for winter morning.
