Ingredients

  1. 4milk cups of rice
  2. Cooking oil
  3. Salt
  4. Water
  5. 1 piecetumeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the tumeric in a bowl then in a cup with warm water add the tumeric

  2. 2

    Put 8cups of water in a sufuria allow it to boil for sometime

  3. 3

    Add a little cooking oil to the boiling water then add rice

  4. 4

    Add some salt to the mixture then the tumeric then cover with a lid to cook.

  5. 5

    Serve with beef and steamed cabbage
