Steps

Firstly soaked urad daal and rajma overnight.

Then boil it then add 1 glass milk to boil daal and let it simmer on low flame.

Then take a pan and add ghee and ginger and garlic paste.

Add 2 tsp gram floor and mix well then add tomato puree and cook untill it reduces to half.

Then add cream in it and mix well.

Let it cool nicely and then add to boiling daal.

Add in enough cream and cook for 1 hour and garnishing with cream.

Now daal makuani is ready.
