Soak chana overnight Take soak chana in mixer. blend until chana become thick paste.

In a pan take ghee.Add cumin seeds then add chopped onions. When onion become brown add chopped tomatoes and all masala on it cook masala for 5 to 6 minutes.

Add chana paste on it mix well,take 10 Minutes.

Add 3 glasses of hot water mix it well cook it 1/2 hour.

Chana sag is ready garnish it green onions eat it with rice
