Steps

Make a batter with besan and beat well so no lumps remain and batter becomes fluffy

Heat oil in a karahi and make pakoras with this batter

We use half batter to make pakoras remaining we use to make kadi

Take another pan heat 1tbsp oil and add 1tsp jeera and haldi each roast a bit and one glass water

Mix besan and matha and mix well now when the water boils in karahi add this mixture and let it boil stirring continuously so matha does not curdle.

When the mixture boils properly add 2 glass water add salt to taste,dhania powder

For making chownk

Heat 1 tsp Desi ghee in a work spliterr 1 tsp sarson ke Dane and 2-3 red whole mirch 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Sprinkle over the curry.

Make rice and serve
