Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. Vegetables of your choice
  3. Blended Pepper and onion
  4. Seasoning cubes and salt
  5. Palmoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse the rice and Barboil the rice by bringing it to boil without getting cooked to remove excess starch. Sieve out the starchy water and run cold water on the rice.

  2. 2

    Then return the rice to fire, adding salt and water. Cook till the rice is tender

  3. 3

    Serve with veggetable
