Steps

Fry the onions until golden brown...add the beef, stir and reduce heat. Let the meat cook by its own water. Once the water subsides, add the garlic, Ginger and stir and wait for about two min. Add the tomatoes, capsicum, spices and soy sauce, mix well..

Add 1/2 cup of water and simmer another 30 minutes until water has subsided to thick soup and the meat is tender.

Serve hot with Rice, chapati or Ugali.
