  2. 1/2 kgmeat
  3. 2onion
  4. 3tomatoes
  5. 1capsicum

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes and meat differently

  2. 2

    In another pan fry onions till goldennbrown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and cover with lid for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Add salt and stir

  5. 5

    Add the cooked potato and meat

  6. 6

    Mix then let them cook together for 5 minutes add capsicu and stir

  7. 7

    Serve with rice or ugali
