Moin moin and vegetables

Preboil the fish and egg separately. Debone the fish and deshell the eggs and set aside

Soak the beans in water for 10-20 minutes then wash to remove the thin outer coat. Wash the beans to remove the outer coat, keep squeezing, washing and sieving till you are left with the white beans. Then soak the beans till it becomes soft

When the beans is soft, Add the beans, onions, crayfish atarodo and tatashe and blend with little water, the consistency should not be too thick or too watery

Put the blended the mix, add seasoning cubes, water (if the mix is thick) and salt to taste. Add vegetables oil and stir. Taste the entire mixture

Put inside nylon adding the boiled and and fish and tye the nylon. Put inside a pot of water and cook

Then cover tightly and cook for about 30 to 45 minutes adding water at interval to avoid burning. Bring out one of moin moin after cooking for 35 minutes to check if it is done, check again after ten minutes.

Serve with ogi, or custard, although I took mine with veggetable.
