Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupgarlic
  • 1/2 cupginger
  • 5tomato pureed
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • 2 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add ghee,grated lehsun in okhli saute till golden brown now add grated ginger keep cooking at last add tomato puree.

  2. 2

    And all the masalas.bhuno till the ghee gets separate.

  3. 3

    Now add little water for flowy consistency.boil at simmer for 5 to 10 min.

  4. 4

    Optional u can add chopped almonds too.

  5. 5

    Serve with parntha.
