Tuwon rice with groundnut soup
Stop eating your rice in the common way, I bet if u try this you will love it.
Steps

Put your pot on stove and add enough water to cook the rice

When boil wash in rice and cover to cook until soft

When completely soft, mash with turning stick, bring down and portion as desire

For groundnut soup
Grind the groundnut with a dry mil - 5
Clean the fish and cut the vegetable

Boil the fish for minutes, add crayfish, salt, maggi and pepper, cover and cook til boil

Bring out the fish and put into a plate and set aside

Add palm oil to the stock cover and cook for some minutes

Add the grinded groundnut and stir constantly

Reduce the heat to very low and continue cooking

When oil appear on the surface, add vegetable and fish

Stir and leave to simmer
correct seasoning if need be - 13
