Ingredients

  1. 3 bunchpalak cleaned & washed, chopped finely
  2. 1 cupfresh peas
  3. 3medium size onions sliced
  4. 3tomatoes thinly sliced
  5. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspJeera powder/cumin powder
  7. 1 tspchilli powder
  8. 2 tbspdhania/ coriander powder
  9. 1 tspkitchen king masala
  10. 1/4 tsphaldi/ turmeric powder
  11. 4 tbspoil
  12. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadhai,add onions fry till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste till raw smell is gone.

  3. 3

    Add chilli powder, dhania powder,  jeera powder, haldi powder fry for few mins.

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes & cook till tomatoes are mashed and mixed with the masala.

  5. 5

    Add little water if the masala is to dry

  6. 6

    Add the chopped  palak and peas mix with the masala

  7. 7

    Add salt & kitchen king masala  mix well

  8. 8

    Cover and cook till peas are tender
