Tartar Sauce

I guarantee this homemade tartar sauce is delicious and much fresher. I wanted to add chopped pickles for extra freshness, but since I don't have any, just chopped onion is enough and still tasty.

Steps
- 1
Chop the egg directly in the bowl to avoid dirtying a cutting board, then mix with mayonnaise and onion.
- 2
Finally, add vinegar and salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
- 3
Enjoy with fish and chips, it's really yummy. The fish and chips recipe is also available.
- 4
It's also delicious as a dip for fried shrimp, fried chicken, etc.
