Blanch spinach leaves in two cups of boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain refresh in cold water and squeeze out excess water.add in mixture jar and crush.

Take a bowl add spinach,peas,and potatoes. Add green chilli,ginger,chat masala and salt to taste.add bread cums and 1- tbsp cornflour for binding.

Divide the mixture into equal portions. Shape each portion into ball and then press it tikki shape cover the tikki with cornflour and garnish with almonds.

Heat oil in a kadai.deep fry the tikkies on medium flame.drain onto an absorbent paper.serve hot with a sauce.
