Ingredients

  • 1 bowlpeas (crushed)
  • 1 spoonginger,garlic paste
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 bowltomatoes paste
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1-2green chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tsphaldi / turmeric powder
  • as neededJeera,hing/ cumin ,asafoetida
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan..add oil put into jeera,hing add onion, ginger, garlic paste green chilli paste fry again

  2. 2

    Then add peas fry well til change colour then add all ingredients add water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Garnish with coriander leaves
