  1. 1 bowlmix dal soaked and boiled
  2. 1onio chopped
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1.5 tbspcoriander cumin powder
  6. 1 tspFenugreek seeds
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 1 tspkasuri methi
  9. 1 tspturmeric powder
  10. To tastesalt and sugar
  11. As neededoil and butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper Fenugreek seeds bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add onion chopped and saute well

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add tomato and cumin-coriander powder and red chilli Powder

  5. 5

    Mix well and add the boiled daal mix well

  6. 6

    Add kasuri methi crush and sugar
