Ingredients

  1. 4 cupschicken broth remove all grease
  2. 2 cupsrich sweet milk scald
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 cupgreen asparagus tips cut in very small pieces
  5. Celery salt
  6. 1 tablespoonflour stirred into little milk
  7. 1 tablespoonbutter
  8. 1 tablespooncelery hearts
  9. Add little whipped cream when serving paprika

Cooking Instructions

    Cook asparagus till tender remove tips from water

  2. 2

    Cook celery in asparagus water

  3. 3

    Add well blended flour and butter to hot broth that has been mixed with the milk

  4. 4

    Add cook asparagus tips serve very hot with paprika

  5. 5

    Top with whipped cream.
