Wash and blanch spinach. Roast baby corn and apply lemon salt and pepper powder mixture.

Put a pan heat oil and butter add cumin seeds crackle add chopped onion and ginger chilli garlic paste saute.

Now churn spinach with cream and add in a pan. Mix well add kasuri methi kitchen king salt and stir add water if needed. Cook 5-7mins.. on slow flame and serve with baby corn. Garnish with cheese spread and cherry tomato.
