Ingredients

  • 1 kggajar/ carrot
  • 250 gmssugar
  • 200 gmsMawa
  • 5/6elachi powder
  • 500 litreMilk / 1cup cream
  • as neededDry fruits cashews kishmish badams and sukaa dates (25 gms each)
  • as neededOil ya ghee optional
  • 1 tspLittle khuskhus

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly wash and grate Gajars,thn in a big, Sepri (Kadai)put oil/ Ghee,whn heating put grated Gajars in it,thn put sugar,stir it,till it becomes pinkish red colour,

  2. 2

    Thn put elachi powder and little

  3. 3

    Khuskhus and then put Milk and close the Sepri (Kadai),fr at least 15/20 and a medium flame till Gajars is cooked

  4. 4

    Thn put cream,and Mawa in it,after few minutes,put all dry fruits (cashews kishmish and badams) in it and stir fr a while

  5. 5

    Lastly serve hot ya eat with chera chapati

  6. 6

    It taste yummy and sweet dessert
