1/2tuber yam
vegetable oil
3eggs

Peel yam, wash,salt it and boil for 10 minutes.

Preheat oil for shallow frying, whisk egg properly, drop yam one after the other into the egg turn over inside the egg and place same yam into the frying pan.

Fry till its golden brown. Serve as desired.
