Ingredients

  • flozen rice which always stocked my freezer
  • 1/2onion. need minced,
  • half cup of white wine,baby scallops,some cheese for pizza,black pepper,olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the olive oil into the flyingpan and
    add minced onion by low heat

  2. 2

    Add baby scallops and put the white wine till scallops opened

  3. 3

    Add flozen rice or leftovers rice
    with hot water around one or two cup
    depend on the rice and arrange the
    flaver you like.

  4. 4

    Add some cheeze and stir all ingredients by low heat and
    add black pepper at last
