  • 3 cupsmandazi cooking flour
  • 12 spoonssugar
  • 1 teaspooncardamom
  • 1 teaspoonnutmeg
  • Lemon Rind
  • 100 gramsblueband
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Rub flour with blue band

  2. 2

    Create a hole in the middle and put your milk and water

  3. 3

    Kneed it well and let it sit for 30 minutes
