Steamed white rice with stir fried Green
Quick easy and so delicious.
Steps

Parboil the rice, wash thoroughly and boil in salted water till done. Set aside

Wash the green thoroughly and chop thinly

Chop the peppers and onions

In a clean pot, pour in the cooking oil. Once it's heated up, add the garlic ginger paste, onions and chopped peppers. Stir and add the salt, seasoning cube, curry and half of the crayfish.

Add in the chopped vegetables and stir to mix. Add the remaining crayfish, stir again, taste for seasoning and set off the heat.

Serve with steamed rice.
