Soaked chana daal 2 hrs,then boil it,5 miniutes.adding whole masala.

Steam the jackfruit seeds then grind it.

Keep it a side.

In a bowl put grind daal,& Jackfruit seeds.

Add salt,kebab masala, mushroom powder,mashed potatoes.coriander leaf,ginger,garlic paste,mix it well,make a dough keep it a side.

In other bowl for stuffing put hung curd, mint,khoya,chilli,kebab masala 1 pinch,salt,crushed sunflower seeds mix it very well.

Make medium size balls from the chana dough.

Fill in it with prepared stuffing & make it again like a ball.roll it bread crumbs,& dry fruits crumbs

Heat a pan put ghee in it.put all kebab in it.bake it in slow flame crispy.

Serve it hot - hot with green chuteny.
