Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes, then fry them. Remove when golden brown.

Peel, wash, and cut the 2 onions into thin strips. Sauté 1 onion in a little oil.

Wash and dice 1 tomato, then add it to the onion while it’s sautéing.

Add the beef, cut into thin strips, to the pot with the sautéing onion and tomato. Reduce the heat to low so the meat releases its juices.

Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste.

Boil the 2 eggs until hard-cooked, then peel and cut each into 4 pieces.

Cut 1 tomato into 4 wedges.

Cut a piece of cheese into 4 strips to garnish the dish.

Garnish the plate and enjoy.
