Ingredients

  1. 2 kgbeef
  2. Cooking oil
  3. Salt
  4. 1onion and 2 tomatoes [for kachumbari]

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the beef into pieces,wash and boil

    When water is diminished, place karai on medium heat and add oil that will be used for frying the beef

    When the beef is ready remove it from the hot oil

    Serve with kachumbari and ugali enjoy
