Ingredients

  1. 1/2 packetsilken tofu, drained - about 150g
  2. 3 tbspextra virgin olive oil or sesame oil
  3. 2-3 cmchunk of ginger, peeled and grated
  4. 3 tbsptahini
  5. 2-3 tbspwater - or more depending on the consistency you want
  6. 3 tbsprice or cider vinegar
  7. 1/2-1 tbsprunny honey (or sugar or maple syrup to make vegan)
  8. 1/2 tspsalt

    Put everything in a bowl and whisk. Or pop in a blender.
