  2. 1 bowlwashed and chopped palak
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 2 pinchAjwain
  5. 1 pknchBlack pepper
  6. 2 tbspoil

    Make a smooth dough of flour.

  2. 2

    Make a small chapatti and fill it with palak. Make a stuffed parantha.Cook it on tawa with oil. serve with curd or butter
