Put flour in a bowl, add butter and rub together until fully incorporated.

Break eggs, whisk and set aside.

Add milk in a big cup and dissolve with normal water. Add sugar to milk to dissolve also.

Add the baking powder, nut Meg to the flour mixture and mix together.

Pour in the egg and milk mixture into the middle of the flour at the same time and mix from side to middle, continue mixing until all ingredients are fully combined.

Knead well until a thick dough is formed. Sprinkle flour onto a table surface, roll out little portion of the dough using a rolling pin, cut out sizable stripes, then cut square shapes of your desire. Continue same process until dough is finished.

Fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown. Your crunchy chin chin is ready. You can package it in polythene bags.
