Wash your beans and blend together with your pepper, onion, ginger, and crayfish.

Steam your fish with salt, onion and seasoning cube. Allow to simmer for about 5mins and set aside to cool then de-bone it and have shredded.

Pour the shredded fish in your beans paste in a bowl, add your Benny seasoning powder, salt and seasoning cube with vegetable oil. Use your spatula or a spoon to stir the mixture together

Oil the plates you're using to pack them and fill up one after the other. Then place in the them all in the pot and cover with a thick nylon then afterwards cover the pot with its cover and allow to to cook till it's well cooked.

How do you know if your moi moi, is done? It's becomes lightly hard.

Put down from the fire. And put a kettle of water on fire to make your custard.

Mix the quantity of custard you want with a little and when the water is boiled, pour in the mixture till it's thick. Stir together, add your sugar and milk

Enjoy your moi moi and custard.
