Ingredients

  • 500 gmcarrot
  • 1 cupkhoya
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupnuts
  • 1green cardamom
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • As neededsugar
  • As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee and add the cardamom

  2. 2

    Add carrot grated and saute adding salt

  3. 3

    Add milk and cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    Now add sugar and stir it well

  5. 5

    Add nuts and raisins and khoya stir well

  6. 6

    Garnish with ghee and serve hot or cold
