Wash, peel and grate red carrots.

In big thick kadhai put ghee add carrot and roast in it for 2 to 3 minutes. Add milk to it. Add sugar(according to sweetness of carrot add or less the quantity of sugar)

Let it boil, keep stiring between between. Once, little milk is left add kismiss, almond and kaju. Mix well

Keep stiring on high flame till the milk is totally melted with carrot. After turning off flame, Leave halwa in kadai for more 10 minutes sprinkle dryfruit masala and cover it. For nice aroma.

Serve hot or cold as once like.
