Take a bowl and mix wheat flour, powdered sugar and oil

Mix it well

Now heat the milk and add custard powder in it

And mix in to batter

Add choco chips, almonds and tuti fruity in it

Lastly add Baking soda and baking powder and mix it very well

Pour the batter in vessel

Bake in cooker for 35 min on medium flame
