Ingredients

  • 1 pkgfrozen beet spirals
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 6 ozcan of tomato paste
  • 1 tbspaji panca chili paste
  • 1 Clovegarlic
  • 1in. Piece of ginger
  • 1lemon
  • 1 tsp.Cumin
  • 1 tsp.Cayenne
  • 1 tsp.Salt
  • 1/2 c.Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat beet spirals as instructed and set aside

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl, mix together tomato and chili pastes with cumin, cayenne, salt, water, 1 tbsp olive oil

  3. 3

    Zest lemon, chop ginger and garlic finely

  4. 4

    Heat 1 tbsp olive oil with zest, garlic, and ginger

  5. 5

    Stir paste into pan on medium heat

  6. 6

    Add beet spirals to sauce and heat for 3 minutes.

  7. 7

    Enjoy on its own, or over a protein of your choice.
