Blend sombo,pepper,ginger,garlic and fresh tomatoes.boil till the water evaporates then heat up vegetable oil amd fry.stir as you are frying with a spartular.

Slice and pour in onion and salt and continue frying then add salt,knorr cubes,thyme and curry.
