Flour your working table with flour and knead and form a ball.cover n allow to test for 15-20mintues

In a bowl, sieve flour,add in ur baking powder, salt and mix together utill well combined. Make a well at the center and add in your cold water.mix very well until u get your desired texture.

Filling. Wash chopped Irish potatoes n carrot set aside. In a saucepan put in ur slice garlic n onion,add in tour minced meat,a little water, cover until tender

Add in salt,seasoning. Add in your chopped Irish potatoes,carrot, pepper,add ur corn flour and turn quick to prevent any lumps.cover to cook for some minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning.spread in a large tray n allow to cool before use.

Remove the dough n knead more,spread wide with your rolling pin n cut with your meatpie cutter.put in the fillings,egg wash and bake until golden brown.
