Peppered yam porridge with tiny fried fishes

Chop the onion, bell pepper and pour into a pot, add little water, ginger powder, seasoning, salt, curry and oil to simmer. When water is exhausted, fry slightly and add one cup water. Pour already chopped yam and cover to cook. When water is half drained, add fish and simmer for few minutes. Stir and serve.
