Ingredients

  • Yam(2 round cut)of medium sized
  • Cabbage
  • Fresh Milk
  • Scotch bonnet
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • Spring onion
  • 1egg
  • 1 tablespoonFlour
  • Cornflakes(squashed)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoonYeast
  • Halfteaspoon Baking powder
  • Seasonings
  • Oip for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cooked yam till soft nd tender,mash it nd add scotch bonnet,spring onion,seasonings nd mix,add in egg,cabbage nd mix,add flour baking powder yeast nd mix add in milk nd mix very well(Note for easy dissolveness of the yeast add it unto the milk,but make sure it is warmed up)

    Now spread little oil on ur hands nd scoop the mixture to make a round flat shape like this

    Beat 1 egg,nd dip inside egg

    Dip in breadcrumbs nd cornflakes mix

    Fry on medium heat,then high untill sexy golden brown is achieved
