Pour your flour in a bowl add in a pinch of salt and stir in another bowl pour your sugar and yeast and add warm water to it allow to rest and the sugar should melt

In another bowl break your egg and beat pour to the flour and stir add in your mixture of sugar and yeast mix and beat the mixture till it forms a tick paste cover and allow to rise

In a bowl grate your coconut and set aside when your mixture has rise pour in your grated coconut to the mixture and mix deep fry it on hot oil serve hot either with tea or stew.
